It really depends on where you live, as to the cost of the shots. But, when a kitten is about 8 wks old, you take them in for their first shots....FVRCP, then 4 wks later, another "round" of the same, with FELV (leukemia) and 4wks later, the 3rd of the series, along with rabies. The best thing to do is......call a nearby vet (you'll take them more readily if they're handy), and ask them! They'll tell you how much, too. Good luck w/your baby...

Most vets will give a new kitten booster shots just like you would a baby. There is a distemper shot, rabies shot, feline leukemia vaccine, and a couple more I can't remember but they usually run about $100 when they get them all. If you have an inside cat you'll only need to do it once but if it's outside expect to do it at least once or twice a year depending on your vet.

Go to your vet and ask them!! They need to have a rabies shot normally around 3 months of age..They need a booster shot FVRCP. That's pretty much it. they also need to be dewormed. Go to a vet or call a vet. Different vets are different amounts. Call around.
