The entire country is swamped with illegal alien Latinos stealing American services and infrastructure, including free public schools. Sad that they have to take from us what they cannot make in their own country.

They are were I live. The public schools are largely Hispanic in the city. The suburbs are decidedly more diverse.....greater mix of all ethnicities.

Latino means they speak Spanish (unfortunate for REAL Lation's!).
And, in the case of illegals, the name generally comes with a determination by their moms to provide them with a few billion siblings as well as to provide cousins with X to the "n" MORE cousins! Their grannies seem to grieve when they can no longer lay bunny-eggs. But not to worry. Illegal grannies simply petition the Mexican govt for more research on how to shorten human gestation. That way, if girls begin at 10 and have twins every 4 months, they can easily provide our world (clearly desperate for more illegals and their kind) with a hundred eighty by age 40.
