Whenever my boyfreind and have a serious makeout session, and i mean SERIOUS, he always gets a giant nose bleed. Why???

alot of times the body temp. changes majority of people whom have nosebleed they get hot...so maybe when u r making out his body temp. start's to change..which is resulting to this nosebleed....i know bleed beacause my husband get them when he eats extremely hot hot sauce...or red pepper...and my daughter get them when she gets to hot in the summer......

I'm not sure, but don't tilt the head back, if it is an extreme nose bleed it will clog up the noes making it difficult to breath, bend forward instead

maybe he gets flushed. blood rushes to his face. and then he bleeds
