I have been working out for a while now. Running, sit-ups, push-ups, and jump-roping. Nothing has changed so far. I want to get firmer muscles, more stamina, and more endurance

yoga and pilates are great. if you cant afford classes, then get a home video or even go to youtube and search for short routines. it should help out a lot.
