Hello
I had that problem and went to the doctor. I am now on a balance diet to lose weight and taking B12 injections for energy. I am also making sure that I get a good nights sleep and am walking to exercise to build up to more exercise.
GOOD LUCK! Try and stay positive

being a young mother and new wife can cause major depression, both are consider major life changes. I hear you when you say you have no insurance, neither do I and it isn't easy to take care of one's health without it these days. But, I can give you some ideas to help you out as I have been there and done that.
First, B-12, oral lozenges, you suck on them and absorb the B-12 thru your mucous membranes, stomach acids destroy B-12 so don't bother with pills. Take 500 to 1000mg daily, this will help to give you a bit more energy.
There is also a program available that can help you work thru the issues causing your depression, primarily by helping you unload old emotional baggage that you may not even be aware you are carrying around with you.
if you want more info on the program, email me.
it made a world of difference in my life, to the point that I was able to get off my antidepressant medication entirely.
Another thing you can look into is St John's Wort, it is available over the counter and has been used in Europe for decades as a first line treatment for depression. Read up on it and decide if it is right for you.
Good luck, feel free to email me if you have further questions.

Please begin with an exercise regimen. Exercise IS the best medicine around. In addition to the previous commentator with regards to the B vitamins, take up some yoga, pilates, weight lifting, running, swimming. I am not suggesting you do all of these at once, but you may start small and build to a comfortable level. Exercise is BEST for on-coming depression--light to moderate depression. You cannot go wrong. Try it, see how it goes for you, and you can guage yourself, at your own pace. It will lift your spirits and regulate sleep habits and will benefit every aspect of your life from work to motherhood. What have you got to lose?
ADDITIONS: I understand that there will be comments with regards to advice on getting help from a psychotherapist. Should you choose to do this, I would strongly suggest starting out with the CONSISTENT exercise FIRST. Then, follow through with TALK therapy should you feel you really need the therapy, but I do not suggest medicating yourself. I would strongly avoid this at all costs. My mother has been medicated for mild psychological issues for the past twenty years. Each year that passes, she seems worse. My best friend's mother is having a similar experience. Her mother started out with mild emotional issues, and over the years has become increasingly medicated and is hardly able to function on a mental basis. Meds or, rather, drugs alter the psyche gradually over time. Personality traits are altered. My mother's personality is unrecognizable. I say all this to say that it can start small with a consultation with the psychotherapist for a mild case of depression, but once on medication, and a lifetime of this, which is the usual route, the life of that person's mind takes on a different "shape". While I am not suggesting that your life on psych meds is earmarked for the mental institution, you don't want to rush down the drug route without giving all the other methods a go and exhausting these options, first. This is why I strongly suggest consistent, long-term exercise. You have nothing to lose and absolutely everything to gain from it, emotionally, mentally, and physically. Good luck, again, with whatever you decide to do for yourself and your future.

There are a number of things that can cause the excessive tiredness that you're describing. Chronic fatigue syndrome, Epstein-Barr virus, Lyme disease, thyroid problems, nutritional deficiencies and depression are just some of the things that could be causing this. No one on Yahoo Answers can tell you what's wrong with you. Only a doctor can do that. Without knowing what's wrong, you can't really know what to do about it. You're asking for an easy answer to a difficult problem. It just isn't going to happen.

Vitamin B1, and B12 are good sources of energy boosters, take supplements to get these in your diet. Avoid the coffee which is just a temporary solution and will make you even more tired later in the day. Also eat more potassium foods like bananas, and other fruits and vegtables. Good Luck!

find out about hill walking clubs in your area, and climb a big hill. just do it no matter how tired you feel, and just keep climbing. do that whenever you can, and dont drink coffee again. But the best thing to do is reverse your eating habits, atleast through them about in this order. breakfast=medium meal
lunch=large meal
dinner=small meal
do all this and you will feel great, ive done the same

you should definitely see a doctor, because it does sound like it could be depression. but if thats definitely not an option, how about taking a vacation? maybe you´re feeling low because you dont have anything to look forward to. at least take a day off, sleep late, then get up, get a mani-pedi, go shopping, basically just pamper yourself.. hope u feel better, good luck!

if you think it may be depression it probably is, if you can't afford medical help perhaps try talking out your issues with someone you trust a little talk therapy of sorts, also try a local walk-in some places even work on a sliding scale, and a lot will give you samples of things if you don't have insurance.
