In the U.S.? The only highspeed operation in the States currently is in the northeast along the Northeast Corridor (NEC) which runs from roughly Washington, D.C. to Boston (I think they are trying to extend this to Richmond). For information on traveling the NEC (of which the Acela trainsets are the most famous operations along the line) just visit Amtrak's website.
