im taking it to increase me muscles, and im wanting to loose fat weight and gain weight in muscle weight

not much except waste your money. creatine is for strength training. if you have not progressed to a strength level that is well beyond that at which you started training, creatine will have no measurable effect. it is for advanced strength trainers, not for newbies. you won't "need" creatine for years if you just started training.

I don't think it has any bad side effects in your system. Creatine is just a amino-acid vitamin, not a drug. You'll be fine I guess.

as long as you dont exceed the protein and you eat well you should be alright if it is a supplement for adults stop taking it
