Now Way... There is a Biblical precedent!

God is known to enjoy watching people suffer and he won't listen to any appeal!

Proverbs 1 (NIV)
26 I in turn will laugh at your disaster;
I will mock when calamity overtakes you-
27 when calamity overtakes you like a storm,
when disaster sweeps over you like a whirlwind,
when distress and trouble overwhelm you.
28 "Then they will call to me but I will not answer;
they will look for me but will not find me.

Saint Paul knew that and he knew better. He appealed to Caesar who claim to be God! not to the God of the Jews! Christian theologians claim that he appealed to Caesar so he can talk to him about Jesus... [Apologetics 101]

Acts 25:11(NIV) If, however, I am guilty of doing anything deserving death, I do not refuse to die. But if the charges brought against me by these Jews are not true, no one has the right to hand me over to them. I appeal to Caesar!"* (*Caesar God of the Roman Empire!)

Proverbs 16:4 (NIV) The LORD hath made all things for himself: yea, even the wicked for the day of evil.

No.

Read the story that Jesus told about Lazarus. Luke 16:19-31. The rich man continued to suffer, despite having died. He was unable to go back and warn his brothers.

There is no second chance, for "[j]ust as man is destined to die once, and after that to face judgment, so Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many people; and he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him." Hebrews 9:27-28 (NIV). Jesus warned that "[a]s long as it is day, we must do the work of him who sent me. Night is coming, when no one can work." John 9:4 (NIV). Death forecloses any opportunity to repent and believe.

Thank you for reading this. God is both perfectly merciful and perfectly just. God does not want anyone to perish and is patient, 2 Peter 3:9, but each of us must choose during our lifetime in whom we will believe. Believe in Jesus.

No.

Hebrews 9:27-28 Indeed, just as people are appointed to die once and after that to be judged, (28) so Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many people. And he will appear a second time, not to deal with sin, but to bring salvation to those who eagerly wait for him.

There are not appeals once you are dead.

God sent his Son to die so you won't have to go to that place known as death and hell. And if you refuse to accept it before physical death, you have determined your own fate.

For because of sin, the soul, spirit of a man is slain, put to death, held in death. Yet, if a man accepts God's free gift of salvation and is reborn in his spirit, his soul goes to the place of the living, not of the dead.

REPENT

First of all, God is fair, He lets YOU choose where you will spend eternity. Secondly, there IS no appeal to a higher court, as He IS the highest court!

You don't get "sentenced". That's a western legalistic bit of nonsense. "Hell" and "heaven" are two ways of experiencing the same condition/situation. For they who have rejected God, His presence will be unbearable. For they who have accepted Him, his presence will be bliss. But it is the one situation. Our own souls' states will determine how it is experienced.

No, I am afraid it is too late at that point. However, religion teaches that it is not too late right now - just start paying your tithe to the church, and all your sins magically disappear!
