Rig down-time is the time during which a piece of machinery was not working or in use.

Customer charge-back code is the authorization number (in-store) to put a charge back (credit) on a customer's credit card when said customer is being reimbursed (via credit card) for an amount previously charged to his account.

I think Rig Down Time = Amount of time the truck/machine was not operating, probably because it was broken.

A Customer Charge Back Code would be a series of numbers or letters used to indicate that a customer has to pay for something and why.
