God's wisdom is infinite - and so is his love for you. He knows if you make a promise and can't keep it and why. The why is part of the matter, but also the how. Even more important than that is your sincerity and honesty. Give all that to him; did you make an important promise you should have been expected to keep? Did you make a promise that had unforseen complications you didn't expect? What was it about this promise? Share that with Him. Pray hard and ask for guidance and forgiveness. Then do your best to let him teach you the better ways.

Yes. God knows our hearts, and He knows whether we can keep a promise to Him or not before we make it. The problem with making promises to Him is that we CAN'T keep it without His help, and keeping a promise is something we try to do in and of ourselves. God knows this, and He understands. He is always ready and willing to forgive us, and has, in fact, forgiven us already. The harder thing to do is forgive yourself.

God is a forgiving God, and he already knew you were going to break your promise anyways, so try not to make promises you aren't going to keep that is to God or anyone.

No. In this case they get double punishment. One for their sinst and other for not keeping their promisel See below God's statement in Quran:
"I have only created Jlnns and men, that they may worship me"(Soorah Zaareeyaat 51:56)
Those who instead of worshipping God, commit heinius crimes will definitely be punished in hell fire. Whether uou believe us or not it will happen. Once a person dies, his opportunity to repent and ask for forgiveness is closed. He will see that those we warned us were right. But then it will be too late.

One Drop Of Blood
a song that is awesome by
Ray Boltz
Standing in the courtroom
When I heard how do you plead
The accuser of the brethren was staring at me
He said we got your number
There is no escape
For here are your transgressions
Your failures and mistakes
Where the scales of justice stood
I saw so many failures there
There was nothing good
And in that very moment
I said I plead the blood of Jesus
And his death upon the cross
One drop of blood
Fell to the scales
It covered my transgressions
For all the times I failed
The enemy was mighty
He came in like a flood
He was defeated by one drop of blood
I stood and watched in silence
As others were brought in
I saw them start to tremble
When they turned and faced their sin
They offered no excuses
They offered no alibis
The truth was overwhelming
And it would not be denied
Their righteousness like filthy rags
And nothing they could say
They bowed their heads in silence
As they were led away
But for the true believers
Each time it was the same
His glory shown around them as
They called upon his name
One drop of blood
Fell to the scales
It covered their transgressions
For all the times they failed
The enemy was mighty
He came in like a flood
He was defeated by one drop of blood
No greater sacrifice has any other made
O yes he paid the price
With every drop he gave
One drop of blood
Fell to the scales
It covered my transgressions
For all the times I failed
The enemy was mighty
He came in like a flood
He was defeated by one drop of blood

If you are sorry and ask for forgiveness and are a christian, yes he will. All sins will be forgiven except blaspheming the Holy Ghost.

I would say that it doesnt matter because there would have to be a so called "god" to forgive it. And I have never seen any proof of it existence.

1John 1:9
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
I'm fairly certain that you're not the first person to disappoint the Lord.
