Only after Armageddon. After this epic battle, there will come a judgment, and at that judgment "Every knee will bow, whether in Heaven or on Earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God, the Father." In other words, standing before God, all men everywhere will confess Jesus as Lord, even Satan. For many, unfortunately, it will be too late to do any good. They will be cast into Hell knowing Who He is and what they missed out on. That, perhaps, is the greatest punishment.

If we take the passage in Romans 14:10-12 from which this concept is drawn...

But why do you judge your brother? Or why do you show contempt for your brother? For we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ. For it is written:
“ As I live, says the LORD,
Every knee shall bow to Me,
And every tongue shall confess to God.”
So then each of us shall give account of himself to God.

...and we look at the Great White Throne judgment, that final act of judgment where sin, evil, death, all bad things are finally done away with, this is the last time the evil (i.e., dead - no life of Christ in them) people of the world will stand before the Lord. As they stand there, their evil works are recounted and judged according to the following passage from the Revelation, so I would posit that this is the moment when they make their confession that Jesus is Lord.

Rev 20:11-15 Then I saw a great white throne and Him who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away. And there was found no place for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books. The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works. Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire.

Tricky question, almost had me there.

Php 2:10 that at the name of Jesus "every knee should bow," of heavenly ones, and earthly ones, and ones under the earth,
Php 2:11 and "every tongue should confess" that Jesus Christ is "Lord," to the glory of God the Father.

When they stand before the great white throne, unbelievers anyway. Believers already do.

Don't Know!
But, if you have Ever Seen People (Children of GOD) fall down in a service because GOD Manifested just "A Little" of HIS Presence, then you now know how it is Agonna' Happen!

Jesus will Manifest HIS Power (from which None Can Resist!) and those that Don't Really Want to "Bow Befor HIM" will have a "Bow Befor HIM" put into Their Knees!!!

Yep, it would be Better to go on and Bow Now (Accept HIM as your Saviour) then to Wait Till Later!

This is trick question, the day that this happens there will be no flesh alive on earth, all will be in their true spirit form, standing before Jesus on judgment day and

The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity; And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth. Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear. Matt 13:41-43

This happens at the destruction of the wicked of this world. Here's what YHWH says: For as the new heavens and the new earth which I will make shall remain before Me,” says the LORD, “So shall your descendants and your name remain. And it shall come to pass That from one New Moon to another, And from one Sabbath to another, All flesh (people) shall come to worship before Me,” says the LORD. " And they shall go forth and look Upon the corpses of the men who have transgressed against Me. For their worm does not die, And their fire is not quenched. They shall be an abhorrence to all flesh.”

It was foretold that Christ was coming and he came. He said he will come again, he didn't let us down the first time so sure as eggs are eggs he will come again just when we are not expecting him.

best wishes
