S'truth, I'd get bored of the place after a fort night. I wouldn't make it to the 54 million year mark; I'd have shoved my head into the celestial dirt half a century in.

Nope.
We get Bored Now because Adam let The Curse into the Earth.
The Curse Affects our Souls (that is where the Boredom happens).

GOD is Never Bored.
You could Stand Still in one Place for 1000 Years--In the Presence of GOD--and you'd Never Get Bored.

It is Hard to Imagine "LIFE" like That!
But, it's True, can't Prove it, yu gotta' Experience it (yes, I Have experienced it!).

Hey, we ain't agonna' just sit around and do Nuthing!
GOD made Adam to Work in the Garden!]

GOD made the Universe!
We are going to Conquor it!

To Boldly Go Where No Man Has Gone Befor!
(and Populate it Too! :)

To be in heaven is like a 100% in and out exilaration that will never get old! But if you perfer the alternative for an eternity which would be Hell, by all means no one is stopping you. However, I assume by this question you don't believe in GOD or heaven and are just finding ways to mock what you don't understand. Maybe Laying in the dirt being a delightful meal to the worms then just bones 4 an eternity seems like lots of fun to you, who knows?

I used to think that. After all, how much sitting on a cloud playing the harp while naked can one take?

I no longer think it's like that though. I think it's a surprise better than I can imagine.
1 Corinthians 2:9 But as it is written, "No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined the things that God has prepared for those who love him."

First off, you conclude time will be linear.

And you have no idea what God has planned and in store for those who are saved.

But relax. God is not going to force salvation on you. You have the choice of being bound and in darkness for all eternity. Probably going to get pretty boring after just a few "days."

I'm sure from a human perspective it seems as if even perfection would be boring, eventually. But who's to say that we can even begin to comprehend perfection?

To me, it'd become quite boring in 54/100 second. If anyone really went to such a place, he'd soon beg to go somewhere else- anywhere else.

Personally, I think without the lack of music, television, or books will drive me to hell. It's "materialistic," but without any music, I don't think I can function for an eternity.
