How would I go about making this bouffant-type hairtsyle?

My hair is the same length and I have bangs like her, too... but how do I do it, bow and all :DDDD??

you have to tease it with a comb...also at the beauty supply store the have a little foam thing that you can put in your hair with bobby pins and then you just fold your hair over it...that is a beautiful style in the photo tho'
