We all know that it is possible to be scared to death.But is it possible that some body can die out of intense and extreme happiness?

if they have a heart attack its a possibility

Sure. Like everyone says, you can die of a heart attack. Also, since you're in the mental health section, those with mania can also get so happy or so 'up' that they do pretty destructive things. You can find a lot of Bipolar I patients in the hospital for these kinds of manic times. They often have grandiose thoughts, or in other words can believe themselves invincible or as little mini gods and goddesses, and in turn, they do things that a normal person wouldn't even try because of this feeling of immortality.

Well, people on the drug ecstasy can get very hyper, and that, along with the fact that it raises the heart rate at the same time, by itself, without any extra activity by the person, can lead to a fatal heart attack.

I havent heard of this now you could die of a heart attack if you get to excited..I do know that for a fact

No, I don't think that is possible unless they are over-dosing on a drug that is making them super high.
