yes. when ur drunk you have no contionse of any disease people have so i have to say yes. its just like drinking causes broken ankles and unplanned pregnancy

no, the hepatitis you get from drinking too much is known as alcohol related hepatitis, it is not an infection from a virus, it is a failure of the liver due to damage from the alcohol.
