There are lots. This is a very general question, as there are just as many knives as there are things to do with them. As far as weapons go, anything you can use as a weapon *is* a weapon, all the way from high-power anti-material rifles down to a golf putter.

A weapon can be anything from a stick to a nuclear missile, and I've heard of people being murdered with a frozen sausage, or having their heads bashed in with a frozen turkey. A friend who is heavily into martial arts assures me that he could kill a person with a paperclip or even a piece of paper.

And knives are pieces of metal attached to handles and with at least one edge sharpened to a cutting edge.
