any crimes committed off base are subject to local law first, and then the Military gets a crack at you. No such thing as double jeopardy in the military.

What is your question?

Military law (federal) and Indiana law (state) are not the same jurisdiction... thus one can be charged for the same offense under the UCMJ and Indiana state law; double jeopardy does not apply.
