Aviation units of the 1st , 2nd , 3rd and 4th infantry divisions ?

The Blackhawks ...are they armed with M60 or M240 ...I know the Blackhawks of 101st Air Borne are armed with M240 ?

M240 replaced M60 in active duty army units starting since 1998

The M60 has been phased out. Its all M240's now. Not just in aviation.
