The organization of the United States government is found in the Constitution of the United States.

If you mean the United Nations, the organization is found in its charter, with nearly 200 member states, headquartered in New York City, limited powers in dealing with international issues.

It was found in 1776, over 300 million people in 50 different states in North America, its headquarters is in Washington D.C., the US has the most powerful Navy, Air Force, and Army in the world, and it deals with basically every imaginable issue.
