hi iam physiotherapist and yoga instructer....good question friend....yes drinking one liter water is good ofr health let mee explain u how to make the water

1..keep water in copper vessel at night and and put soe mtulsi leaves in it and morning make it little bit warm only that to luke warm only and add pinch of salt to it ..it if u starting it first time drink slowely one glass and r two glases and slowely increase day by day ok.....
y to put in copper vessel because it kiils the soe micro organism copper has that speasality so it helps u to purify water that y in olden days all people use to use copper vessel
y to put tulsi leaves and pinch of salt it helps to clean up the stomach and tulsi leaves kills the infectios batceria and salt washes the intestianial track to pass out your waste matter freely...

due to this water thearpy fallowing r the advantages

1..your motion will pass freely
2..ulcers and any gastric toubles will bee cured in stomach r intestine
3..it brings the help in curing stuck impurtiys in all intestinal tracks
4..by drinking luke warm water with salt and all wat stored fat at intestinal track will bee removed and reduces to aviod storing fat

reagardin glow in the face and all yes its also true its used by some natural terapy exesises

that is drink water in the early morning and do walk for 5 to 10 mints and bend slightly and vomit the water by keeping finger to touch soft pallet so the water wat u have drank should coem out so it helps u in increasing blood circulation in face by stress on face muscle and all osepaghus and vagus nevr which is conected to all visceral organs like heart and stomach levear is activated and increases all the futures whcih i have mentaioned before...u can get us from yoga .....

No drinking water will not make you healthy, wealthy, smooth skinned, and wise.

It will however insure that IF you are sick you won’t dehydrate and that your body, which is over 90% water any way will have enough to work with. It also is a safe way to diet since it has zero calories and you body has an accepted method for releasing any extra.

Of course too much of a good thing can be harmful, as one college fraternity found out. They used to have drinking contests with alcohol, but that got them into trouble so they switched to water and they forced a pledge to drink more water than his stomach could hold and he ended up going to the hospital because of it.

Many medications and all antihistamines cause dehydration so you need to increase your water intake when you take them. A histamine response is the first line response when your body is sick so when you get a cold or the flu you often resort to taking antihistamines.

Several systems in your body need water and the last one on the list is your GI tract. If you don’t drink enough water then you get constipated and that can result in hemorrhoids and other problems down in the lower regions so getting enough water is enough to keep you regular and in good health.

Since your body has so much water it helps to have enough water in the system to keep the skin hydrated. The skin is your largest organ and it is your first line of defense against most diseases. It is also exposed to the elements and often dehydrated. Moisturizers lock in extra water on your skin and that helps to prevent wrinkles.

That sounds a bit extreme. One litre is a LOT of water and I'd be worried about bombarding my kidneys with that first thing in the morning. However, I have heard that drinking ONE GLASS, or even two, is good. Not sure if it is a cure for diseases though. But it is supposed to be good for your system.

Drinking just one glass of water ( specially lukewarm with a little lime) is good for curing constipation, and hangovers. However drinking more than that doesnt harm you. Drinking water is the best way of cleansing the system of harmful toxins. Also it is a good way to diet, if you drink one glass water before your lunch and dinner as it makes your stomach seems full, and you craving for more food.

I am into medicine and nutrition and I always say that we all do regular cleaning of our body from outside but forget to do it from inside.
Today also, people don't drink enough water which is required for the cleaning effect.
So water therapy is actually cleaning from inside....all the toxins built up in the day, waste material will wash out of our body with regular intake of water through out the day.
Actually 2 lts of water should be taken whole day, continuously and not in one go.
Diseases happen when slowly over the time toxins keep accumulating in our body so water therapy is quite effective in daily keeping our system clean.

I totally agree with you.

Once i got a mail regarding water therapy. That drinking 1 Lr of water early in the morning that to on an empty stomach is very good and useful.

Its really very effective as it cures a lot of diseases and it also helps in reduction of weight.....tc....sweet dreamz....bye....

well simply drinking water doesn't cure you of any disease but you drink unclean water you might get a disease.our body needs about 1.5 litres of water every day anything in excess would be flushed out and there is no research to show it flushes out toxins too fast like that.kidneys are special and not flush toilets.even if you drink less your body would remind you thru thirst mechanisms to drink more.

X. Drinking Water etc. (liquids) early morning [waking at odd hours - people working in shifts] on empty stomach - the related side effects & remediation
-Consumption of milk & milk products after 6.00 pm - 6.30 pm or within about 4 to 6 hours of sleeping [for people working in shifts] also has a considerable bearing on the conditions stated herein for all - over 3 years of age; including nursing mothers, pregnant women and sick people

For unrelated uneasiness and one or more signs and/or symptoms viz.
acidity; backache; pain or discomfort in the chest; stomachache; bloating sensation; constipation, piles; irritation in the abdomen (gastritis); headache either in forehead, full or a part of head; swelling under the eye; joint pains – small or large; pain in shoulder; pain in neck; swelling in either/ or face, arm, shoulder, wrist, leg, ankle or foot; swollen finger accompanied with or without pain; popping of eye(s); pain in legs or shins – cramps; lethargy, fatigue, weakness; confused feelings; obesity; muscular wasting; etc.

 Eating of suitable two non-oily biscuits made with basic ingredients only viz. marie, glucose, baked wheat etc. tends to resolve the side effects, when taken early morning on empty stomach. This, 15-20 minutes later, can be followed by usual consumption/ intake of liquids (includes drinking water, the tea, coffee, milk, fruit juices, and carbonated drinks, sharbat, concentrate - kaada etc.).

 People taking medical interventions in the early morning on empty stomach must try to restrict accompanying water intake to 1 teaspoon. Maintain an interval of 30 minutes between the intake of the said biscuits and further 15-20 minutes later can be followed by usual consumption.

yes it is true drinking water empty stomach early morning helps cure lot of diseases but if you drink water by making it warm it helps more thanks
