I find melting a very large bar of Lindt White Chocolate over rice krispies makes me very happy.
You obviously need to get out more. It can be scary, I left my house for milk next thing I knew I had a job and a social life.

Happiness is the rate of change of being happy, because once you're happy, the effect starts to wear off since your desired achievement is now satisfied, and thus fades. So you can only experience happiness if you are striving towards being happy, or doing something that makes you happy. But like I said, once you get to 'the happy' you will immediately feel sad a little later, and you'll soon need your fix of happiness again. If you're like me and experience happiness in small doses, you're less likely to be a manic depressive.

It constitutes being content in the condition you find yourself in.
Philippians 4:10 But I rejoiced in the Lord greatly, that now at the last your care of me hath flourished again; wherein ye were also careful, but ye lacked opportunity.
11 Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content.
12 I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need.
13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

Jesus said, "For I have given you an example, that you should do as I have done to you.
Verily, verily, I say unto you, The servant is not greater than his Lord; neither he that is sent greater than he that sent him.
If ye know these things, happy are you if you do them.
