i live at job corps and they keep on blocking all of the proxies so i need a new one someone help me.

Automatic proxy spiders filter every proxy on every public list that exists. U don't need 1000 of proxies. Heck, you just need one WORKING proxy. The best way is to use a proxy thats under one week old - and therefore not blocked.
Use a hidden proxies service like http://webfreed.com that lists recent private proxies only. Add the feed to your rss reader and have brand new proxies available anytime. =) Hope that helps. Good luck!

I don't know exactly what you mean by "proxies." If the people in charge of where you live and have Internet access (your supervisors) are blocking access there is a good reason for them doing it. I suggest abiding by their rules for your best interests.
