We read in God's Holy Law Book the Bible in Isaiah 13:9-13

Behold, the day of JAHWEH cometh, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate: and he shall destroy the sinners thereof out of it. For the stars of heaven and the constellations thereof shall not give their light: the sun shall be darkened in his going forth, and the moon shall not cause her light to shine. And I will punish the world for their evil, and the wicked for their iniquity; and I will cause the arrogancy of the proud to cease, and will lay low the haughtiness of the terrible. I will make a man more precious than fine gold; even a man than the golden wedge of Ophir. Therefore I will shake the heavens, and the earth shall remove out of her place, in the wrath of JAHWEH of hosts, and in the day of his fierce anger.

The Bible teaches that at the end of the world all the wicked will come under eternal punishment in a place called Hell, and this time may be very near. There is much Biblical evidence that points to the fall of 2011 as the end of the world.

I am a Christian who, frankly, is not caught up in all this "end times" hoopla. There have been too many instances all through history in which someone has analyzed scripture, read the signs of the times and then preached that the end would come by a certain date. Perhaps some reading this will recall Hal Lindsay's books in which he was convinced that scripture pointed to the 1990's. The 90's passed without incident. And if the year 2011 likewise passes without incident, it won't be long before another prediction is made by someone else.

In other words.....these kinds of "prophecies" are not new!

As others have already posted, we are not to know the exact time. We are to simply live in a manner in which we will always be ready.

My favorite story regarding this is about St. Francis of Assisi. Supposedly, he was sitting peeling potatoes one day when one of his brother friars asked him what he would do if he knew the Lord would return within the hour. He smiled and said, "I suppose I would keep on peeling potatoes."

The point was not to denigrate something as momentous as the second coming. Rather, he tried to live his whole life in accordance with God's will, and at that point in time the way in which he was serving God was to help prepare a meal for his brothers. So he would continue.

"No one will no the day and time". Mis-quoting the Bible and giving false prosephy are very serious sins. You should consider the implications of your actions. Don't worry about the end of time, worry about the time you have left. How will your doomsdaying help save anyone?

Man does not know the time. We are told to always be ready by Christ who also admitted that even He did not know the time of the end.

I'm sorry, I'm not impressed at all. The things that an altered book says don't have any effect on me.
