i have begun making a collection.
figure it will be fun to look back a year or so from now and see all the hypocrisies within this religion.
anyone else set them aside to look at them later. i would like to see some of yours =]

Dear one, Wouldn't it be more enjoyable to surround yourself with love and compassion? If you have to play in mud, at least be careful of what made it. Sewers of filth are nasty and so is this stuff. Here, here's a nice fresh puddle of mud. You can drive your Tonka right up and load all you can carry.

I got one a while back from someone on here but I will not name names.. and I am a christian! If you get anything that seems hateful from me dear chip you know I am MESSING with you. hehe. Because we joke a lot...but yeah nobody should be sending you SERIOUS hateful messages....what is that going to show? It is going to make christianity look bad! But this happens....and it happens everywhere. Just remember that there are some whole hearted loving Christians out there-- who desire to show LOVE and kindness to others. Doesn't mean we do not get mad, because everyone gets mad-- but we should NEVER show hate towards someone who does not believe the same....we must always defend God's word but with LOVE-- in a loving and honest way. Yes it does exist!
p.s is this about the dingbats? lol

that's to bad that you received hate mail from Christian but you will know them by the love they have for others is what the Bible says.
I'm not really a Christian [anymore] or a true Atheist [as yet] so I can make this observations from what I have seen in the pass 11 years. According to the definition of what I thought a Christian to be: Most Atheist make better Christians then most Christians do, accept they do not believe in a God that will throw them into Hell forever if they are not.

You're going to have hypocrites in any group and any religion.
For the record, just because someone is Christian, doesn't make them instantly perfect. It doesn't make them perfect at all. The point should be to strive to be "like Christ" in dealings with people. Since we are all human, we are going to fall WAY short.
I've seen just as much intolerance form atheists as I have from Christians or any other religion. You just have to look.

Not from Christians (even though they sometimes post very hateful responses....but, I have to admit, some atheists do, too) but I did get an incredibly hateful emails from a Global Warming denier.

Yup, I sure did. And I am a Christian, though admittedly not a "mainline" Christian. Often my beliefs spark more fear and hatred in Conservative Christians than an Atheist's or a Pagan's.
But, I think I probably just deleted it though, sorry.

As a christian I apologize for my fellow brothers and sisters. You might consider that Christians are at all levels in life just as everybody else. Some our baby's while others have matured.I don't believe a christian should hate anyone or send any hateful mail and I sincerely apologize.
Jesus loves us all weather you believe in him or not.

I think your hate for Christians is obvious. While your at it keep a record of your hypocrisies and show them to yourself you might see what lies within

Any "intensely hateful" messages you may receive have NOTHING to do with Christianity. They may have something to do with people claiming to be Christians, but that's not the same.
As for "intolerant" I guess that depends on your definition. Some people say God is intolerant....so if they think He is, they will think I am too.
I have gotten nasty, hateful emails from NON Christians....do those count?
