Methusleh once fought Noah in a 15 round middle weight fight. The purse was relatively small ($25,000 US in 2007 terms). At that time, they did not disclose the age of each fighter individually but on an aggregate basis. History shows their combined ages to have been 1,022 years. They fought to a well-earned split decision and both retired from the "sweet science" immediately afterwards.
Both men quietly enjoyed their retirement with dignity. Noah took up shipbuilding and animal husbandry. Methuseleh dedicated himself to his unpublished poetry. Both men, when interviewed, said the other man was the toughest fighter he had ever faced. Neither man ever refused well-wishes or autograph requests from fans. Class acts.

Do you mean in a pro match, or otherwise? The question may not have been decided yet. Look at this from Wikipedia:
On July 6, 2007 TMZ.com reported that Foreman told Chris Yandek of TheSportsInterview.com that he would like to do some exhibition boxing for charity: "Would I come back and box someone in an exhibition? That would be a way for me to really earn a lot of money for a lot of the charities if I get back into an exhibition."
That's George Foreman, age 58. It goes on to say that, before July was out, his wife talked him out of it. But who knows? An ego trip could get him back, or the same might happen with Joe Frazier or any of the other greats (hopefully not Ali in his current condition!), so watch out, we might not have seen the max yet.

Heavyweight Marion "Jackhammer" Wilson fought Oliver McCall in April at the age of 52 in Virginia. Wilson has the distinction of never having been knocked out of a bout. He has fought a who's who of former champions and solid contenders over his career.

I seem to recall that Jack Johnson fought his last pro fights when he was 50 but continued to fight exhibition fights for many years after " winning " short bouts against boxers in their '20s.
