has nightmares still, one parent dies, the other is sinister, prefers their sibs, no relationship because that parent is still crazy-abusive, they all (parents, sibs) "got away with" tons of abuse of every kind, the other parent is going to leave out the scapegoat kid from the (substantial) will, the other sibs just want more of the take...is there anything that the youngest abused kid can do before the last (abusive) parent dies, legally? Once that happens, all the assets will be scattered to the winds. The "statute of limitations" has long since run out, unless current nightmares make a difference.

I do consider the money "dirty", but it seems the greatest injustice of all that the others still get somehow rewarded, i.e. the last laugh.
