Health Dept. says 3 days at proper temp (40 F. or lower).
It will last at least 5 days though. Smell it. If it smells gross, don't use it.

Make sure the tuna and mayo is sealed well. With plastic wrap. It can be in there for about 2-3 days

Usually I make tuna with mayo, egg whites and onions. It's so healthy and delicious. It's usually good for about 3 days but I won't eat it after that.

7 to 10 days is the most you are supposed to keep it if it is kept at the proper temperature. Stir it every day to distribute the temperature throughout. If it has other ingredients added to it (such as pickles, onions, spices) then no more than 5 days.
And excuse me but I was a cook and know better than those of you saying 2-3 days. And I am assuming you are covering it and have it properly sealed.

Not too long. If you made the mix, I wouldn't eat it any later that next days lunch. Maybe 16 hours. But that's just me...
