Depends, typically your best bet is to hit up the chest, butterflies are great at this, IF conbind with some back excersises. But this is sort of the cheap long way to do it. The easier shorter way is to get on a full upper-body excersise plan, the benifits well show themselves faster making it harder on you to loss interest. PLUS less of the same excersise's making it a tad bit more exciting. But if these are not a factor then some push-ups and pull-ups for about two months should have you feeling better about your newly toned man boobs..... really the secert is if your doing it right, then you should notice a small differeces in yourself each time you burn yourself out......
