I suggest you serve salads and appetizers, because they are smaller portions and easier to eat if you are holding on to a child. I would label anything with egg in it and stay completely away from seafood. Red coloring is a giveaway. Most people with allergies know enough to not eat questionable food or ask a caterer what is in it. If you did not initially plan on a midnight lunch what made you change your mind? You do not have to cater to children, simply have some foods that can stay out on the tables all night.

As somebody that has worked at lot of weddings from both ends of the house I would seriously suggest that you find a babysitter or a day care provider for those children
Do the math What's your per-plate cost ? Compare that to what the cost for babysitting those kids would be. Even if the babysitting cost is 50% higher you should go for it because your wedding will be much better as a result. Be nice about it offer to split the cost with the childrens parents
As far as you menu goes the major problem that you will run into is going to be your wedding cake and other baked goods-breads & rolls
You will also need to watch out for eggs being used as culinary "glue " to thicken sauces and hold various stuffing mixtures together
Sit down with the executive chef of who's ever catering your wedding and tell him what your needs are.I'm sure that he will be more than happy to accomadate you

Well, you are in luck since I usually don't reccomend my brides serve seafood specfically because people are allergic or just don't like them.
Base you menu off what you can eat and what you think people will like. With those three allergies it's hard for me to think what you can and can't eat. It depends on how bad the allergy is. Is it just if you eat it or if the food comes in contact period? You can always have your menu special and serve the other guests whatever.
Serve several types of hearty appetizers and fill your plate with the ones that are OK with you.
Will the majorty of folks like tofu burgers with micro greens and a wheat grass smoothie? Nope. (not to say you like those things I'm just saying you have to tailor your favs a little to meet the needs of the guests) So instead maybe you serve turkey burgers.
Kids don't have to eat the same things as the adults. Give them some chicken nuggets or some pizza and they go nuts. They are kids...they don't realize its a "WEDDING" and so aren't going to be impressed that you served bacon wrapped aspargus or talk about you because you didn't.
For our kids we had the kids table. The chef made some pizza dough and we set them up with all kinds of toppings and let them custom make their pizzas while the first course was being served. 5 mins later their custom pizzas were brought back out and paired with things like carrot octopuses, ants on a log, and baked french fries.

If your wedding is in the winter, consider serving a few different kinds of soup along with salad and breadsticks. Grown-ups and kids love soup. It's also not something that will break your budget. It's just hard to imagine planning a menu that's extremely formal with so many children involved.

You could have the old standby--chicken! There are tons of things to serve without involving eggs or seafood. Make sure you notify the caterers of your allergies so it is not an issue.
I was allergic to onions and garlic for a long time--try eating out without garlic! That's a trick!

It doesn't address your food question, but ...
There is nothing incorrect about about inviting some children and not others. Just as with adults, you invite the children that you actually know and care about and do not invite those you've barely met and don't give a hoot about.
The rule is that you can't invite a minor child without also inviting at least one parent or caregiver. There is no rule going the other direction, no rule that you can't invite adults without also inviting their children.

Oh my. If I was a guest and knew that 25% of the guests were kids under 10 then I wouldn't come. That's crazy. Your child is expected to be at the wedding. That doesn't mean everyone else should be allowed to bring theirs. Being from out of town doesn't mean their kids have to come! Anyway, chicken is the most popular wedding food because most people eat it. Always have a salad of some kind and a potato or vegetable.

Go w/ chicken.
Hun, I'm getting married next sunday and the only kids coming are those in the bridal party. Some ppl got mad about it but most understood. You do what you want cause obviously its your day but I think with thirty kids so young, none of the attention will be on you and your new husband but rather all the kids running around screaming. Just make sure that having them there is what will make you happy!!!

Briskets, BBQ sauce on side
Pinto beans, potato salad, cole slaw, dinner rolls.
I'm from the south, and that's popular for weddings here.
