has anyone been constipated?

iys when you can't poop at all NASTY.... but it happens

Most of my life, it's terrible. SennaPods when I was little, my Dad used to bring it up to me when I went to bed, steeming hot water in a cup with senna pods soaked in it. UGH!! Today the Doc gives all sorts of 'potions', tablets, gung mixed with water. Anyway some of it works for most of the time. Most of its like rabbits droppings only bigger! What an horrible subject. Still as you say, it happens to most of us and one time or another!! its got to be said !

yeah,, constipation is a normal thing happen to almost evrybody,,,, when you experience that avoid for a while the apple and banana instead eat high fiber food but of course dont forget to drink lots of fluids,, juices may help a lot......

OOOOooooOOOOO Yes. My Old Mums cure:
Glass of pure orange juice and 2 VERY LARGE spoon fulls of brown sugar. Don't Go Far from Home, cos when it works it sure does work.

Try this remedy boil a kettle and then pour boiling water in large jug pour down loo and sit on it to allow steam around your bottom this helps loosen stools and has helped me many times in past.

2 bottles of fresh orange from the milkman usually does the trick for my husband of course

people get constipated all the time, mostly because they do not drink enough water or get enough exercise.
