Is there a reason why you eat so much white rice? It really has no nutritional value. If you just like rice you should switch to brown rice which has some nutritional value. And don't eat it so much. I'd suggest to also try to eat 4-5 small meals through out the day instead of the 3 you are doing now. Maybe look into Weight Watchers (you can join their message boards for free) for further help. That is one of the safest weightloss programs out there ... and it really works! Sounds like you are doing good with the exercising especially since you don't have much free time. Are you eating your 5 fruits and veggies a day? Are you drinking enough water daily? Weight Watchers can really help you with finding healthy ways to lose weight that you aren't doing now.
Good luck!

There are a couple of things that work for me. One, there are rubber shorts and bands that you can buy. I think they are also called something like neoprene. Could be spelled differently. I wear these while doing wash and housework throughout the day- basically any time when I don't have to go out in public except jogging. The other is exercise, which I do with my son, who is 6 and my mom. We all go for long walks and take a wagon for him and also bring the dogs.
I have been losing a little bit of weight. I have been doing it for a month and people say they notice a difference in my belly and face. I used to weigh 188 the last time I went to the doctor a few months ago. I don't trust the scales you buy in the store but I imagine I have lost about 10 pounds.

Listen Honey if anyone bitches or hates at you they have a problem. Seriously though I would suggest you throw away the scales and start eating a balanced diet (as in the food you eat not loosing weight). For your age I really dont think you should be worrying too much at the weight you are. Give yourself a break. When loosing weight you should only loose up to 2lbs a week at the most. If you are carrying muscle as you say then this will make you appear to weigh heavier on the scales than you are muscle is heavier. But this is a good heavy!!! Just eat a good set of vegetables, fruit and meat a day and relax go out with your friends and enjoy yourself and do not worry about your weight you need to give your body time to recover you have been very honest hear about your disorder. Dont pressure yourself things will come in time. I have just read your additional comments and they are very worrying PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ANY OF THE ADVICE ON HERE ABOUT LOOSING WEIGHT QUICKLY. You need to go and see a specialist you are Bulimic and that is a serious illness. Please dont try and loose the weight in the same manner all this has been proven to give problems in later life. If you love and respect yourself go and get help and dont post on here again asking how to loose weight. Owe it to yourself to get better in the proper way. Eat and drink normally keep hydrated and eat the vitimins and minerals your body needs to survive. If you can talk to your mother if you cant go and see a counseller at school most have them now.

You need to do more than 15 mins. I know time is tight, but since you dont have to work until 9am why dont you wake up earlier and do more excercize. You should do at least 30-45 mins a day if you are trying to loose that much weight. You also you run, instead of walk, and do cruches. Muscle burns fat faster n easier so if you build muscle first the eccess weight should fall off.

2 pounds per week is a rapid rate of weight loss -- don't try and go any faster than that. That means 15 weeks minimum should be your goal -- that's about 4 months. It shouldn't be done any faster than that.
If you aren't losing that fast, then you could increase your time of the elliptical to 20 or 25 minutes, or ride at a faster rate.

Losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the calorie calculator http://straighthealth.com/pages/tools/caloriecalclb.html This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both.

It sounds like you need to stabilize your blood sugar levels to help combat the cravings. Using a low carb protein mix in between meals can help stabilize your blood sugar levels and help with your metabolism throughout the day.
I have used the T Burn Fat Attack combo with great results in the past. It is a metabolism enhacner along with an appetite suppressent and fat blocker. I found it at a store in St Louis.
You can also order it online www.superfitnutrition.com
Good luck
