I use any cleanser, but I've been using Alpha Hydrox for almost 20 years and I hardly ever get breakouts any more. When I was younger I had the worst acne until I discovered this product. In fact, I had to use prescription medication. It also helps reverse and delay the aging process. Good luck. 2D

Right now my skin is perfectly clear, for the first time in 3 years. It's been about 9 weeks and all my acne is gone. It is such a great feeling to wake up with clear skin.

The occasional breakouts can be controlled with simple witch hazel, lemon juice or garlic.

ProActiv and other chemical peels are not necessary for the occasional breakout. The chemicals cause skin damage similar to UV sunlight. And some of the chemicals are used to promote skin cancer in lab animals so we can study skin cancer. Please, don't use these products. Thank yourself.

Get the Medicated Acne Spot Treatment from Bee-Luscious it will clear up the few you get. Don't use it on your whole face because it is too harsh. Only put it on the spot. Leave it on overnight and the spot will be gone. Just Google Bee-Luscious and go to their skincare section.

Easy easy easy... just put a little baking soda in water, and use it as a scrub. Soaks up the ick, and leaves your skin lovely! Also, keep your hands off your face!

My daughter uses AcneFree which is similar to ProActive. You can get it at Walmart, Target or the like. She loves it - it works for her.

I would talk to your consultant. from what your telling me I would recommend the blemish control toner or an occasional mask to deep clean.
