I'm not a basketball player. I according to my observations and combined ideas, suggestions and according to my personality.

First, I suggest waking up early in the morning, before sunrise would be great. Make sure you are not alone or you are with a group of friends, so that excercising will be a lot of fun.

Second, you know the usual things, running etc ... If you want you can play a Bad Minton (did I spell it right?) or a Table Tennis to help you loose weight.

Third, play the usual "Kiddie Games" or the games you play when you were a Kid, so your excercising will be fun at the same time, you're loosing fats.

Fourth, go to the gym. Ask the instructor to help or to assist you. If possible or if the instructor is very friendly to you, tell him/her you problems and your plan for your body, for example if you wanted to look and to be a wonderful and responsive player etc...

Fifth, a little food sacrifice. If I were you, the moment I felt that I'm hungry, eat fruits. Many fruits.

Replace your usual food in take with salad etc.. always remember to eat meat or chicken etc.. once a day, so that your foot in take will still be balanced or your body won't be shocked because, you'll feel weird after a few days if you don't eat the foods you usually eat, example meat or pork.

Hope my advice helps and keep me updated it my Theory is effective. Hehehe.

Thanks and Enjoy life!

Get a basketball and go to a school. Work on your ball skills and jumping. Also work on your endurance by running from one side of the court to the next stopping to touch the floor before turning around, you can do a certain amount and add a rep every few days, or time yourself to make each time faster than the last.

In a month, what I would do is get on the floor - idoors and outdoors - and shoot the rock, working inside and outside, free throws, mid-range jumpers (so vital) and working the three-point line. And pick-up games will go a long way in getting ready......hoops is the type of sport where you can gain an edge practicing by yourself and in game conditions. Use both in the next few weks.

Alright. For agility and pace coaching you must run mobilephone poles. You can dash from one mobilephone pole to a different after which jog one mobilephone pole to a different. Do that for approximately two miles. Then you'll positioned your arms up towards a wall and go your correct foot past the left and simply move up onto your tiptoes for your left foot. This is helping explosiveness and works for your calf muscle. That is helping you bounce larger. Also you'll bounce up approximately 10 occasions and slap the backboard. Then leisure for a pair mins after which begin leaping once more. Another high-quality factor to do is protecting slide. Also wall sits. You positioned your again instantly up towards the wall and squat. Hold the function for two to three mins. Do that approximately three or four occasions. And final however now not least you'll do line hops. Go to the basline and stand on one aspect of the road. Jump from side to side at the line for three mins. Then you might stand on one foot and bounce the road after which the opposite foot. It is helping believe me.
