OK so i hear people say he's not a real christian or she's not a real christian... but in the bible doesn't it say something about how all you need to do i accept christ to become christian? so what's the difference between a christian and a 'real' christian?

A little specifity; when someone says something which a pastor/priest or christian says to another christian which contradicts what they say, and than the other christian will say "They're not real christians"
are people only not real christians if they contradict you?
Or is there a line between accepting christ and being a real christian and accepting christ and not being a real christian.

Yep, you hear the same thing when the bloody history of the Christian religion is brought out. War, bloodshed, murder, forced conversions all over the world.
But if you bring this up to a Christian, you get "They weren't REAL Christians!"
Uh huh, right.

To tell if a person is a real Christian, you should know what Christ taught. A person who follows those teachings and displays them in everyday life is a real Christian. Jesus said there would be pretenders and there have been and still are many who claim to be Christian in order to mislead others in order to gain political power or position. You can tell by comparing what the person says with what the person does and holding that up to the teachings of Christ.

The truth is that only God (as in the Holy Trinity) and an individual person know what his/her personal relationship with Christ is. Different denominations may try to place other requirements or standards for being a Christian, but I always look back to the example of the thief hanging on the cross with Jesus. He never joined a church, he didn't get baptized, and he didn't have any good works to prove he was a Christian (no time for any of that), but still Jesus promised him eternal life in paradise.
On the other hand Jesus said that there would be many people at the Judgment who would claim to be His, even pointing to miracles and works they had done, but He would say, "Depart from Me, I never knew you." Just because somebody calls him/herself a Christian doesn't mean that it is real.
There is a very wide range of churches claiming the word "Christian". Someone wanting to have assurance that their own Christianity is genuine needs to be praying and searching the Scriptures to learn about how to life a Christian life after he/she has accepted Christ. You can't just depend on what some church tells you or what some preacher (or other Christian says) you have to read the Bible, pray, and ask the Holy Spirit to guide you and disciple you.
If the Lord didn't have a plan for our lives as Christians, He would just immediately take us to heaven when we get saved--our lives here are to help us grow spiritually, and to give us opportunities to serve Him and tell others about Him. Each person should want to please Him and to live within His Will.
Bottom line--it's not for others to judge who is "real" and who isn't. Jesus said there will be wheat and tares and He will sift them out at the harvest (judgment). But we all should be searching our own souls to make sure that we are committed to following Christ and seeking His will for our lives.
Being a Christian is both a once-and-for-all decision and a lifelong process. You can't get unsaved or fall from grace completely out of salvation, but you can backslide and fail to abide in God's perfect will for your life.
Everybody sins even after he/she becomes a Christian. But if you can live in sin and not feel guilty about it--if you don't fee convicted about something that the Bible clearly teaches is wrong, then you have to ask yourself if your relationship with the Lord is genuine or becoming a Christian is just something you did a long time ago that no longer is guiding your life.
I'm not sure I really answered your question, because the truth is we can't know for sure about anybody but ourselves.

Real Christians are born again
The old is gone
the new has come
they consider themself DEAD and living only because of Christ living through them. They surrender their spirit, mind, will and emotions to Christ and there is no holding back.
This causes the born again experience that's a fertile heart mixing with the seed of God's word, creating a new Creature in Christ Jesus. Then they begin to show the "fruit of the spirit" in their lives. People who once were angry hateful and unable to be Godly suddenly have supernatural power to do so. There is alot of counterfeit christians who take Christ's name is vain. you see Truly Christianity is not a religion it means to get saved and to become Christlike by the grace and power of God working in their life. sorry about all the counterfeits out there causing confusion.

Accepting Christ is not "All" there is to it... here is the thumbnail version...
All who come to God in The Way He prescribes will receive His free gift of Salvation. Those become part of The Body of The Church of which Jesus The Christ is The Head. those are the ones of The True Christian Faith. Only those of The Church will enter Heaven.
It does not matter what "denomination" or sect one belongs to... there is only One Church...
There are far, far, more who the world calls "christian", or who think they are "christian", than there are those who Truly are of The True Christian Faith.... a whole lot who "think"they are will find out they are not when they stand in Judgment.

It's like being a "dad" or "real dad" a dad is just a donor. A real dad is there for everything. The tears in the night, child support, and sickness. A dad who is "just there" miss' out. A Christian or a real Christian can miss out because of false teachings. Or lack of time spent with the Father from above.

A Christian is somebody that says they believe in Christ. A "REAL" Christian is somebody that does believe in Jesus Christ and lives their life in order to please God, they have a relationship with God on a daily basis (prayer), they attend church, God lives in their heart. You will know a true Christian by the fruits of the Spirit they posses.

There are those who are faking it. They think that because they go to church or don't swear much they're Christians. It may seem like that on the outside but it's not true. A real Christian is one that has the Spirit of the Living God living within his/her soul. They have been 'born again' by the Spirit of God. And they will bear the fruit of the Spirit overtime - love, joy, peace, patience, self-control, gentleness, etc.
They'll also do the works Jesus did. :)

The difference is someone who *claims* to be a Christian but acts in such a way that proves they are not.
For example, Paul says that homosexuals, drunkards and fornicators shall not inherit the kingdom of God (i.e. gain eternal life), and Christians are not to associate with fellow Christians who commit such sins. Such are not true Christians.
We have to do more than "accept" Christ. We have to love him, and Jesus says that if we love him, we will obey his commandments. We also have to perform good works (if and when circumstances permit), because "faith without works is dead" and several other verses (especially Jesus' recounting of those who visit the sick and imprisoned, etc.). Thus, there are 3 things that are required of a true Christian:
1) Faith - in Jesus, the son of God, his death for our sins, his resurrection, and in his promise of eternal life.
2) Obedience - to the commands of Jesus, present in scripture. Note that obedience is *secondary*. If someone truly obtains faith, and dies shortly thereafter (11th hour conversion), obedience is not really an issue.
3) Good works - like obedience, this is secondary. Good works must be performed when the need is recognized, and the power (resources) to do them is available. If someone dies with only faith but without the opportunity to perform good works, their salvation is not lost.
