Yes, I always do. Sometimes I make it days ahead and freeze 'til that day. Lasagna freezes well either baked or unbaked.

You can absolutely make it ahead, but what others don't say, is that you need to use a little extra sauce. The noodles will soak up some of the sauce sitting in the fridge. You need to add at least 1 cup extra sauce to the dish or it will be a little dry once you cook it. Have a wonderful dinner!

Absolutely - you can even freeze it if you want if you really want to plan a party in advance.

When we do our lasagna early, we usually take it out of the refrigerator and let it come back to room temperature before we put it in the oven. Otherwise, it can take a long time for it to heat in the middle.

Yep! Perfect idea! And don't cook the pasta as long as the package says... sitting in the fridge, near sauce, then baknig... it will finish cooking in the oven.

Yes i u can make it and keep it in the fridge covered with tin foil so it doesnt dry out the top of it...

Sure can, you can even bake it then reheat before company comes. I think it even tastes better the next day
