ok this chick likes me says she wants to date me but doesnt ask me out sadly me and this girl have had feelings for each other for a good 2 years, yea and she told my friend if i would talk to her more she would date me funny thing is she likes to kiss on random girls and stare at me when she does what do u think this mean ??? Obviously, she likes you. She's doing the kissing thing to make you jealous. Ask her out asap.

sorry to say but it sounds like this girl is just playing and if shes kissing girls while telling people this about u...well...that rings alarm to me right there. u should find one who doesn't play games.
