Your husband is required to show that his American citizen spouse and/or American citizen children would experience "extreme hardship" if he did not receive the waiver. USCIS decided that whatever he put down was not sufficient to meet that standard, so they've did not approve the waiver request. Since we don't know anything about you and your husband, there is no way for anyone here to tell you what more you could have put down. However, with these things, more is usually better.

His evidence has the same issue as this question, not nearly enough information. What "extreme hardship"? A waiver for what?
The evidence needs to tell the WHOLE story to someone that does not know you and your situation. if you leave them guessing, guess what, you lose.

It means he doesn't have enough evidence to prove hardship to his family if he is deported, maybe he could prove that he's the only one working, paying the bills and you his wife cant work because of some form of illness, or you are a stay at home mom because of a sick child etc. cases like this you need to get a lawyer, good luck

You need to detail what the "hardship" is that would be imposed upon him if he isnt admitted to the US. Such as he would be imprisoned as a political dissident or something along those lines. If its just "he wants a better job" or something like that, you're going to have a hard time showing that there will be a true hardship if he cant stay int he US.

See the I-601 forum at www.immigrate2us.net for examples of extreme hardship letters.
There is an art to writing them; you can get some valuable tips to improve yours (you are the USC, YOU write the letter) at that site.

It means simply you don't have enough evidence to support your claim. What I am guessing is that what you put down wasn't, shall we say, good enough. I'd dig deeper and see what i could find
