Man, I have to spell out everything. I have a 1350watt microwave, ok? Pasta will not hold the heat well and it takes a long time to heat. Thanks for the advice of extra water and sauce. That may work

microwaves heat oil and water molecules.

Leftover/refrigerated pasta tends to dry out or the water is absorbed into the pasta.

What I do and I suggest that you add a teaspoon or a tablespoon of water to the pasta, plus cover with a lid or saran wrap to trap the steam. If you have extra sauce, add sauce instead.

it needs moisture, but you can do it in a piece of tupperware with a lid to it, or if it is plain pasta, just boil some water and drop it in for about 2 mins.

Its not hard at all, set the microwave on a lower temperature setting like "warm" or even "medium."
