Yes it is Spanky,I have long maintained that there is an addiction to the `Feelgood factor` among Christians that has replaced the meaning of true worship and Whom it must point to.

Yes the video was good and so was the music and as the video said come to worship Jesus at the cross, one should come to worship in praise and thanksgiving.
Better be careful tho, the fundies with call it idol worship because one would be gazing at Jesus on the cross.

Okay, I went back and gave it a second look. Like I said I don't like praise music so that wasn't so great, but I found the rest thought provoking.
While its true you don't worship in order to please yourself, it seems to me worshiping in a way that means nothing to you or worse is unpleasant doesn't seem right either.
If worshiping according to whether its pleasant for you is like "going to a birthday party and keeping the present for yourself", then I would say doing or participating in worship that is meaningless or dull and boring to you is like going to a party and giving your friend a present that you are indifferent to, hate, wouldn't want, or gave no thought to.
For me worship is very personal and should be an activity that is special and meaningful to you. Something you do that shows God reverence and thanks and also how you feel about God. Why would I do something I hate to show God how I feel about him?

I liked it. Worship in modern ages has been distorted to "make us feel good" and as indicated in the video has taken the focus of why we should worship to a whole new level.
I always said, "If God isn't in it, man is", and man will die away while God will still remain all knowing and powerful.

Sounds like a load to me. Jesus had an extra chromosome? That condition generally leads to retardation. The name of the laboratory is "Such and Such and Such and Such". The guy is whack. His description of the genetics of the blood made no sense at all. In blood you would see 46 chromosomes. He is saying they saw 24. Is that 24 pairs instead of 23? They would not be able to tell anything about which autosomes came from which parents with a microscope.

The message is Truth... the music is not appropriat... music of worship is not to be music of the world.... that music is what I refer to as gonad music.... worship is from The Heart... not the gonads.
