Do you squint or smile a lot? Have you tanned or had a lot of sunburns? Those are some reasons you might have those lines. I don't know if they can be Bo-Toxed or not- I don't think so. The only way I would know to get rid of them would be a lower eyelid lift.
BTW, have you ever thought that there is another reason people guess your age to be older? Maybe you are more mature than other 18 year olds... Maybe you dress differently... There are many other reasons you may be judged as older than your age- not just the lines under your eyes!

The skin under the eyes is the thinnest on the body. The many blood vessels in this area can show through the delicate skin, contributing to the appearance of dark under-eye circles, especially if the vessels become dilated. The capillaries are much closer to the surface of the skin there. Many people's skin is not only thinner around the eyes, but also more translucent. The combination of capillaries near the skin's surface and translucent skin makes this discoloration much more apparent. Another, common cause is nasal congestion. When your nose is congested, veins that usually drain from your eyes into your nose become widened (dilated) and darker. Another cause of under eye circles is eyelid swelling during sleep. Over-the-counter products may help diminish dark circles under eyes. Look for skin creams that contain vitamin C or K, alpha hydroxy acid and kinetin. Treatment for chronic and severe undereye circles is directed at the underlying cause, if known, and may include bleaching agents and laser therapy.

Do you use sunscreen or squint a lot? The sun causes most damage to your face. You should always wear sunscreen and protect your eyes from the sun. You should use a gycolic acid to start reversing some of the damage to your skin. I'm 40 and have been using sunscreen and Alpha Hydrox for over 20 years and I'm line and wrinkle free. Good luck. 2D

It could be because of a number of things, sleep deprivation, stress, or too much eye makeup for extended periods. There are many simple cosmetic creams that may aleviate this problem. Maybe try a more healthy, balanced diet and some supplements first.

sounds general to me. yet out of your image it seems such as you place on distinctive black eyeliner. it may get interior the creases under your eyes and make it look like what your speaking approximately. change eyeliners to a minimum of something smudge data, and/or smear or dab the surplus off previously you flow out.
