Seafood is my favorite.
I like Chinese and Italian too.

I love chicken. I fry, bake and boil it for a variety of dishes. Pork would be my next favorite. I try to have a variety of food consistancy for a meal. If food is fried crisp, I serve a different type of potato or veggie with it.

Mostly thai/vietnamese food, (Tom Yum Goong, Pad Thai, Massuman Curry ) yummm
Also italian and lasagne and stuff.

Crawfish is my favorite, that comes from living on the delta of the Wabash river. I love crawfish so much that I farm it, fish for it, and sell it. Aside from being a reverend and blues guitarist, I own "Electric Bill's Crawfish Shack", it's the best place in Pearl City for fresh crawfish.
I like crawfish in my chili, on my pizza, in my pasta, in my salad, in my omelet, in my casserole, on or in just about anything.

i love food that has lots of garlic in or on it. and i love creamy deserts as well.....but then again who don't.
