I lost weight when I was about 17-18. The way not to do it is starve yourself, to start with. Just exercise and eat right. I did....lost 90 LBS because of it. Starving yourself won't help at all. Drink more water, eat less before bed, and don't eat for stress are the 3 things I follow and i'm going pretty well if i don't say myself. 90 LBS isn't anything like 5-10lbs so take my advice. If you want anymore details, feel free to email me. Just please be patient for ppl seem to email me for advice on this, I will reply, don't worry! ~Adia

You may want to try the Cabbage soup diet which is something doctors give patients that need heart surgery.
I think a good diet is the Fat Smashers by Dr. Ian Smith. I did that diet and I lost 15 pounds in the first 9 days of the diet, and I haven't put the weight back on since.
The Fat Smashers diet will still allow you to have a donut, but not right away. Its a 90 day program since your 20, I think you will be able to drop a considerable amount of weight in that time. Also please remember to exercise, even if you start out slow like walking around the block 4 times, even if it takes you 2 hours to walk around 4 times stick to it. Then start jogging around your block keep on increasing your goals. Good luck.

Hi,
try calculating ur body mass index ( BMI ) , here is the formula:
BMI = ( Weight in Pounds / ( Height in inches ) x ( Height in inches ) ) x 703
then see your results:
18.5 or less Underweight
18.5 to 24.99 Normal Weight
25 to 29.99 Overweight
30 to 34.99 Obesity (Class 1)
35 to 39.99 Obesity (Class 2)
40 or greater Morbid Obesity
after you know that amount of fat in your body, you need to take a step and start following
some fat loss program , here's one that's off the charts , this program enables you to
lose 9 LBS, each 11 days, here's the link to that site , and i hope it helps http://overweight-doc.co.nr
, well i hope that u stay motivated as much as you can , and you will witness a transformation of a lifetime, well i hope that it helps.

I'm a nutritionist in the state of Ohio....doing it on your own with no help is the last resort. If money is no object, see a nutritionist. If money IS an issue, as it is with most of us, the best plan for the money on the market in the Deal a Meal or Food mover Plan from Richard Simmons. His products are very resonably priced, as well. These programs are based on sound nutrition principles and the program works very well. Also, there is "support". Online, in the plan and in motivational tapes. A lot of befores and afters, also. I love his exercise videos, most of the people in them have NOT met their weight loss goal. That's motivation. Good luck.

Dieting and exercising would do wonders. Dieting alone can't help much.
Three things:
Exercise!
Exercise!!
Exercise!!!
