I will be finished with college in May 2008 and I have two years experience with a government internship. Im considering moving to Dallas or Houston, and I dont want to be a office coordinator or secretary! I want to apply for a manager position.

You can probably get a professional position, depending on your degree and your abilities. People rarely start out as managers, even with a degree - it's more usual to start as a professional, then get a leadership professional role, then supervisor, then manager. It's not a matter of age, it's experience and maturity.

A corporate position? I'd say only if you graduated college with honors at 19 or you know someone/good networking.

Many positions would rather experience more than anything else. I'd say give it a few years, but nothing's impossible.

it depends on how much experience you have for the position you are entering. at 22, you would more likely be a college grad and are more designed for entry level positions. it really depends on the company and the position you are applying for.
