im already skinny, i dont need to lose weight, buti have a little stomache that sticks out a little..lol but yea...i want a flat stomache. what exersizes should i do?

I don't really like sit-ups because I end up hurting my back and neck, so I lay down, put the exercise ball between my legs and lift them up and down...this will protect your neck and back, and will have the same effect.

Good luck! Do it for a couple of week and you'll notice the difference.

Some women (me included) will never have a flat tummy..(correctly spelled STOMACH...)...it's just the way we're built...no manner of exercises for some of us help...
crunches can help some...but no matter what I do (and have done) mine has NEVER been completely flat (even when I was really young)....and I've never had kids either....
But, most guys like a little "pooch" in the tummy and find it sexy....
Don't fret about it if you can't make your tummy really flat...
A LOT of women (and men) can't....

A combination of a balanced diet, cardio, and resistance training (crunches, leg raises, bicycle crunches, Pilates, etc) gets the best results. If you are only doing one or two, it will take you much longer and you may never get the results you want (ex: if you exercise but eat whatever you want, chances are you wont burn enough calories to get rid of that stubborn fat that covers your abs).

sit ups, do as much as you can. try it with an exercise ball.
