Religion is the need to look to a higher power to find the answers. Atheists believe the answers are here on earth and in themselves. It has nothing to do with ones ability to love. Religion is a quest, atheists go about that quest by doing themselves, not waiting for a God to do the work for them.

The same God who loves the Christian loves the atheist. That's why everyone has the opportunity to become His child. He loves us all and fills us all with His love no matter how bad we may be. The bible says He rains on the just and the unjust alike. He never discriminates. We do.

You are psychotic. Get psychiatric help and some education. you write "God has givin all of us love in our hearts" The heart is a muscle and you CAN NOT FEEL ANYTHING WITH IT. Even when a person has a heart attack they don't feel anything in the heart.
The ignorance and stupidity of the religionist is just mind boggling. They are so out of touch with reality it a wonder they can dress themselves.

Christians aren't entirely innocent. In fact, they are the meanest people on YA.
An atheist can love. I've met quite a few lovable/loving atheist people. There are more loving atheists than there are Christians.

Finally! Somebody gets it!
We, as Christians, are supposed to be using our words to reach the non-believers for Jesus. not for pronouncing judgement on them for what they do.
The saying 'There, but for the grace of God, go I' is appropriate here.
We are ALL sinners. The only difference is whether one has accepted God's grace or not.

You're right. Thank you.
I am an atheist, and I love my husband and my kids more than anything; I love my pets, my life... many things. I help people out whenever I can, do volunteer work, and give money to several worthy charities.
I'm not a bad person. I just don't believe in a god.

Thanks! I'd disagree that god gave all of us love in our hearts as I think that gods don't exist. All humans have a great capacity to love and the sooner we realize that there is no real "Us and Them" the better off we will be.

I don't think most Atheists are bad. I believe there are a few bad apples in every barrel, incl. Christianity.

atheists are not bad
christians are not bad
individual people no matter what they happen to call themselves are BAD, those are the sadists, the rapists and the murderers with no conscience. They do those things purely for enjoyment or out of revenge, either way they don't feel remorse. It is not one group or another.

I'm an atheist, but naturally, I have lots of christian friends. We often joke each other about our beliefs (or my lack of)... But we're all decent people at heart.
