You are only a few hours from Al Godoness (spelling) Mexico. It is clean, filled with Americans getting medical and dental, RX help and VERY affordable. It is near Yuma and California border. It is very very clean. I have been there many times myself and would go again. You can get medical help at a very affordable price. Many of the drugs they sell in the pharmacies there are from US manufacturers so do not believe all of the scare stories about their meds.

Every state has a Division of Mental Health. Call the State operator and ask to be connected with the office closest to you. MH programs run by the state or county are usually on an ability-to-pay basis, meaning you don't need insurance.
If you look it up on the State directory of department, you probably will find it under Health and Human Services.

Call the public health department and ask about free or low cost health clinics in your area.
Also for medicinces try Montels http://www.pparx.org and they can hook you up with drug manufacturers who can provide free or low cost medicines.
Edit: you can also get free clothes and usable items on http://www.craigslist.org . Just plug in your state at the right side and then your city and go to for sale and free...and in apt dumpsters where they move or evict people at the end of the month. Just wash up clothes well.

what kind of insurence do u need? if its health insurnce u can call any health insurnce and get a quote and explain what sistuaoin u r in and if u looking for car insurnce do the same thing good luck!
