What exactly is a drinking question? Is it something you do when your just to ignorant to understand the question? I don't mean that in a mean way either. There are allot of questions I am ignorant about, but I don't see the point of drinking over it.

The game is... When someone asks a question that has been asked a half-million times before, everyone takes a drink!
Like if you're watching "24"... the game could be, everyone take a drink everytime Jack Bauer says, "dammit" or "there's no time!"...
It's a way to have fun getting drunk.

A drinking question is one that is asked several times a day, and is usually quite inane, like "Why do atheists come to this section if they're not religious," and "If we came from monkeys, why are there still monkeys?"
The people asking these questions are usually trying to belittle others and further their skewed point of view. If they were actually looking for answers, they'd see how many times their question had been asked before.
So, we drink in response.

A drinking question is a question that gets repeatedly asked on Yahoo! Answers. For example, the question "If man came from monkeys, why are there still monkeys?" is a drinking question.
They are generally questions that are easy to answer, and the person asking them could easily find the answer with a little research. Rather than repeatedly post the same answer to the same question, we drink.

It is a pointless response to a pointless question.

It's a question about acholo. or it could be a question while your having a few drinkings with a friend. Kinda like when you eat dinner you have dinner questions or questions suitable for the dinner table.

Drinking questions are ones that have been asked and answered a million times. Most often they are kind of trite, ridiculous questions.
