Up until about 3 months ago, I had the exact same thing. I wasn't able to give a presentation without my voice shaking and my heart pounding. I was in the worst state of my life and was constantly fearing presenatations. Than I went to a doctor and was perscribed Propranolol (a beta blocker) and it has been the best thing that has happened to me in sooo long. I take one beta blocker before a presentation and I have no racing heart, no shaky hands or voice, and I give a very good presentation. The best part is that there is no side affects, no drowsyness, nothing. I am now free from fear!!! :D

Cotton mouth is from smoking shwag. Geez, man, stop smoking that Mexican sleeper weed. Get some domestic Humboldt Sensimella or Motherlode Mindf*ck. And if you're not into the domestic thing, there is always Maui Wowie or Thai stick. I know beggars can't be choosers, but you really need to get your priorities straight.
