well, i have this female cat, which is have a very good apetite when it comes to food. but lately she doesnt seem to ate too much like before, what is happening to her????

She may be pregnant, or she may be sick. Try lifting the skin at the nape of her neck. If it falls right back down, she's probably okay and it's just a passing bug or pregnancy. If it stays up and slowly falls back down, I might take her into the vet. I really hope she's pregnant though. Kittens are priceless.

If you have an unspayed female that has had any access at all to males, then she will be pregnant. It's best to spay a female so you don't have to worry about unwanted pregnancies. What will you do with the kittens if she has a litter you did not plan for? People who love their pets spay them.
If she has lost her appetite, and it does not return within three days, you should take her to the vet.

usually when cats are pregnant, they eat a lot more.. check her nipples. if they are pink and feel/look swollen, this is a sure sign she is pregnant. also, her tummy will feel "lumpy" at the sides and stick out.. the nipples are the most obvious though. if you are unsure, you should call the vet for advice as loss of apetite could indicate that she is ill. hope this helps. good luck!

If you're worried about her being pregnant, please get her spayed right away. We don't need more unwanted kittens in the world.
