At a friend's little get together, there was this girl I haven't seen in a while that i knew and she was asking me where I worked and said she lived close to there randomly and was hugging me a few times saying "I haven't seen you in such a long time", then started convos with me and stuff but I just chalked it up to her being friendly.....I didn't ask for her number or make any moves because some guy that she dated before was there and they had private talks, and flirted with one another a bit and slept together in a tent outside. I know they're threw, but im not desperate. She is really cute, though, but why are women so confusing. She had her foot on his leg?

It means she's interested in him, and not in you.
You didn't blow anything -- you never had a chance. She was just being friendly to you, but she digs him. Move on to someone else.

She was horny. Just like a cat that constantly meows for attention. YOU didnt blow anything but she could have. The only thing you could have done wrong is not give her what she wanted and scratched that itch. But if that is all she was after did you really blow anything? Just depends on what you consider blowing it. You blew the chance of nailing a cute girl, but you didnt blow the chance of a relationship later.
